Meet Clover
Clover is a super cute little guy who is guessed to be between 5-8 years old. Now freshly groomed, the photos posted don't do it justice on how cute he truly is!
Clover 13 lbs and friendly with all! He has been great meeting other dogs and excellent with humans. We suspect he can fit into homes with people of all ages.
This sweet little guy LOVES human. He does have separation anxiety and would prefer someone who is home more often than not. Clover will not be a great fit for apartment living as when he is anxious he does bark. He is happiest in the lap of the people he loves.
Clover has a heart murmur and was diagnosed with stage B2 moderate degenerative valve disease (heart disease). He will need to be on long term heart medication and may need additional medication as the disease progresses. It's recommended that Clover have regular echocardiograms with a veterinary cardiologist and the adopter will need to have a close relationship with their regular veterinarian to manage his disease.
This very sweet boy is looking for someone to give him all the love and attention. He is affectionate and kind, an overall good boy.
We do NOT respond to PetFinder inquires; we only respond to emails sent to adopt@scituateanimalshelter.org regarding adoption inquires.
We never know how quickly a pet will be adopted. Therefore, if you are interested in a pet but want to see them during our shelter open hours prior to filling out an application, we strongly recommend that you email us at adopt@scituateanimalshelter.org before visiting the shelter to ensure they are still there.
Open hours are Wednesdays 1:30-6pm and Saturdays 10am-2pm for you to come view our adoptable pets. You can apply for animal at the shelter during our open hours or online by emailing adopt@scituateanimalshelter.org and asking for an application. Adoption fees allow our non-profit to continue to help pets in need.
Meet and greets with animals are scheduled after applications have been processed and we’ve determined you are the best fit. We do not operate on a first come, first served basis.
