My name is Claude, my foster mom calls me Clyde just for fun as it is my English name even though I come from Missouri, USA. I'm originally a middle American Maltese boy, which was great but I'm now a PROUD Southern Ontario Canadian. She said to me, you are a very sanguine boy, boy of love that is. You work a room like no other boy who is of Maltese descent... you are the "MALTERSER".
It's true, I'm not fighter in any way, and I’m a 100% lover!  I'm easy to love which is what you want in a boy!  I'm sweet, I'm kind, and most of all I hold my own; you need a dog like me!  Please take a look at my repertoire of photos. My Clyde is a real sweetheart! He has caused my brood to realize that they are on notice. Sure they are staying but Claude is such an amazingly resilient dog! I think he has touched a nerve and he is an amazing addition to the group. He lived the first four years of his life producing Maltese puppies. Now he's happy to spend the rest of his life working on his skills- walking up and down stairs and giving good love to his forever home family. He has been extraordinary! On his third day at the dog park, he was walking head high, tail up and visiting the four corners of the park solo. The folks there were amazed, as was his foster mom, who had to go and chase him down just to ensure he was okay. He was better than okay, he was working the proverbial room. This is one special dog, he won't last long! But he won't be forgotten. He'll love you forever!
