Cisco Mixed Breed Myrtle Beach, SC

Cisco visited our playground for the first time recently and thoroughly enjoyed it. He has recovered from the terrible condition he was in when he came to Grand Strand Humane Society in mid October. He was rescued on an early Saturday morning from a porch where he managed to escape what was happening to him as was evident by the cuts and scars, a torn and bloody ear and his scared and broken spirit. After being loved and cared for by our clinic staff he is now neutered and feeling better. Cisco does have a small prey drive so no small animals for him in his new home. He is very loving and around 2 years old as of Nov. 2024.
He has spent some time in a cold-weather foster home and this is what his foster mom has to say about him. “ Meet Cisco , this boy is approximately 1 1/2 to 2 years old and is up for adoption at GrandStand Humane Society. Cisco was found as a stray with a mangled ear and bite marks on both sides of his face . Attacked by other dogs , dog bait ? we will never know . Yet after all this horror at a young age he is still a sweet boy who gives so much love . Cisco seems to be good with other medium or large dogs .Not good with small dogs and great with people.He loves his toys, morning belly rubs and kisses. Lets find this adorable little man a forever home .”
