Meet Choo-Choo!

Choo-Choo is a Shepherd mix that is estimated to be around 1 year old. He is medium-sized and weighs 40-45 pounds. He found his way to us as a stray when a citizen found him near a train track. Choo-Choo is a friendly fella that likes everyone he meets! He is a very energetic and active boy that loves to run and play! Choo enjoys sniffing around the play yard tracking down all the sniffs! He loves treats, and is very food motivated. He seems to know the "sit" and "down" commands. Choo-Choo has a deformed paw on of of his back legs. He was examined by the veterinarian and it is believed to be an old injury/trauma to that paw that has healed over. Staff believe Choo-Choo would be friendly with older children, but would be a lot of jumpy energy so dog-savy kiddos would be best. Canine siblings would depend upon a meet and greet.
