Meet Chip
Meet Chip, a 1-2-year-old hound dog with a resilient spirit and a calm demeanor. Despite a challenging start to life, Chip has adapted well to indoor living and appreciates the comforts of a soft bed and human care.
He is crate-trained, barks occasionally, and is generally relaxed. Chip is still working on leash training, as his strong hound instincts can lead to pulling when he picks up a scent. He is making good progress with potty training and responds well to direction. Chip gets along well with similarly sized dogs and smaller puppies but has shown some negative interest in cats, which has not been fully tested.
Chip is looking for a home where he can continue to learn, grow, and thrive. He would make a great companion for someone who can provide a comfortable environment and enjoy his loyal and affectionate nature
