Chickpea Retriever & Boxer Mix Springfield, MO

Peas and thank you for taking the time to learn about me! I'm Chickpea, a 10 month old, 38 pound bundle of retriever/ boxer joy. I'm currently in training mode, working on my house manners, crate skills, and leash etiquette. When I need a break from the hustle and bustle of the house, I head to my own little pea pod (i.e. crate). But don't let my relaxed demeanor fool you though because I've got plenty of spunk and energy to spare! I love nothing more than playtime and I'm always up for a game or two. Sure, I might still be mastering my manners, but I'm a quick learner, especially when treats and cuddles are involved. After the sun sets, I am an expert at cuddling. You'll find me cozied up in your arms soaking up all the love and affection I can get. I get along with other dogs and sturdy kids over the age of 6. I will need a home with a privacy fence and a family committed to my continued training. With my boundless energy and enthusiasm for life, I'm the perfect companion for an active young person or couple. I would love to be the chickpea to your hummus!

My adoption fee is $150 and includes my spay/neuter, vaccinations, wellness exam, heartworm test, and microchip!

We do adopt out of state with vet references and video home check. *Adopter is responsible for coming to get the dog and returning the dog if the adoption does not work out*
