Notes from a volunteer on a doggy date: She was very nervous at first, but she quickly warmed up and was ready for our adventure! We walked around Toomers Corner and Auburn's campus where she kept pausing our walk to try to say hi to everyone who walked by! She was very polite with everyone who pet her, including both adults and children. When it was time to go back to her kennel, she quickly laid down on her cot ready for a nap!
She is very smart and loyal and will look back at you on the leash every few seconds to make sure are still there!
She is cautious, yet very eager to learn and explore what this world has to offer.
