In new environments, he enjoys exploring every nook and cranny to familiarize himself, but once settled, he adjusts beautifully. Cheddar is the perfect combination of playful and cuddly, making him a wonderful addition to any household.

At Home
Cheddar has a mellow side and is happy to entertain himself with his favorite plush and chew toys when you're busy. Occasionally, he may "adopt a stray sock, but he quickly learns when gently reminded. He's still a puppy and may chew on inappropriate items if toys aren't available, but he's easily redirected.

Cheddar is doing well with house training and is proficient with puppy pads, having only a few accidents here and there. He signals when he needs to go outside by running to the door, making him an excellent candidate for continued potty training.

When it comes to bedtime, Cheddar prefers having a bit of space. While he struggles with being confined to a crate at night, he thrives when given a fenced area with puppy pads, a cozy bed, and access to his crate. He's a cuddle bug who loves snuggling up with his humans but also knows when to take a break and find his own space.

Training
Cheddar is a quick learner and already knows commands like "sit," "lay down," and "come." He's leash-trained and responds well to "no pull" with a gentle correction. His food motivation makes training sessions productive and fun! Whether he's practicing commands or being reminded to "leave it," Cheddar catches on fast and appreciates positive reinforcement.
