Meet Chase Banditz
Don’t let the name fool you—Chase Banditz isn’t the bandit, he’s the hero on the case! This 50-lb, 1-year-old Belgian Malinois is here to protect and serve… your heart. While his name might sound like he’s causing trouble, Chase is actually on a mission to sniff out belly rubs, stop loneliness in its tracks, and keep your couch safe (from going unused).
Chase takes his job as “Good Boy in Chief” very seriously. Sure, he’s a little shy at first—he’s got to do a proper background check on you—but once he gives you the all-clear, he’s all love, all the time. This gentle, well-behaved officer is dog-friendly, human-friendly, and possibly okay with cats (he hasn’t met any yet, but his record is squeaky clean).
He’s got the skills of a trained professional:
• Cuddling Proficiency Level: Expert.
• Gentleness: Off the charts.
• Love Enforcement: Unstoppable.
If you’re looking for a partner to patrol the house, enforce snuggle laws, and be your loyal sidekick, Chase Banditz is ready to join your squad. Adopt him today and let him prove that sometimes, the good guys do win.
PLEASE READ BELOW:
If you are interested in meeting and/or adopting, the first step is to please visit our website to complete an application and read all of our FAQs: https://www.takepawsrescue.org/adopt
**Please do not use the "Introduce Yourself" feature. The information needed to determine if you might be a match for one of our animals can only be found on our application. An inquiry, question, or introduction through Petfinder is NOT an application. All known details about our animals are posted on their profile and updated daily. Other info would be discussed in detail with the foster during the application review process. Due to the number of introductions/questions received (hundreds daily) we ask you submit an application on our website (that application can be used for any dog with Take Paws Rescue).
The adoption fee for adult dogs covers age appropriate vaccinations, microchip, spay/neuter if not yet performed, heartworm test & appropriate heartworm treatment by the rescue's vet. All dogs in our care are also kept up-to-date on HW/Flea Prevention. Please see our website for more information.
2025 Adoption Fee Scale for non-benefactor animals:
Puppies under 12 months - $400
Dogs over 12 months - $300
*Take Paws Rescue saves dogs from high-kill shelters in Southeast Louisiana, owner surrenders, and discarded dogs with uncertain futures. All of our animals live in foster homes where they are socialized, and well cared for. An application will be required to make sure it’s the perfect match!
For additional information, including the adoption process and our adoption fee scale for all our adoptable pets, see our FAQs page: https://www.takepawsrescue.org/faq
*Any breed labels used by Take Paws Rescue, its employees/volunteers, or on vet records provided cannot be guaranteed. Breed labels are given based on information obtained during intake and/or best guesses based on appearance and/or temperament of the dogs and Take Paws Rescue gives no assurance to the accuracy of these labels. Labels are necessary for postings to many animal networking sites, such as Pet Finder, and are no way a guarantee. Additionally, exact age and potential size cannot be guaranteed.
