Chase Shih Tzu Spring, TX

Introducing Tiny Paws, Chase, a 2-year old Shih Tzu. He had a difficult start as a stray, very matted, but now look at this handsome 14-lb boy now! He is not only handsome, but also friendly, loving, and gentle. He does not shed and enjoys spending hours curled up with his humans. He enjoys meeting new people, going for long walks, and loves car rides. Loves playing with toys but very sneaky and will steal all the toys from his foster buddies. He gets along well with older, more relaxed dogs, but has shown dominance with more active ones.

His foster mom says he also suffers from separation anxiety and fears being left alone. We could only imagine the horror as a stray of abandonment, and who knows what he encountered on the streets. He is NOT housebroken and requires someone to be home frequently to assist him with his training. He has begun using potty pads but has not yet mastered them. He prefers to sleep in his dog bed next to your bed. He would be wonderful with a family and would love you for many years! Chase has been fully vetted, chipped, and had a dental.
