Meet Charlie

Charlie was a stray puppy approx. 3 years old. He is a lover boy! He was found around the old Memorial Hospital on Louisianna Ave in Cumberland, MD. We placed an ad in the Times News, contacted the local shelter and all the vets, no one was out looking for him, "Sorry Charlie!" Now he is up for adoption, all he wants is to sit and watch TV with you. And don't worry, if he has already seen the show that your watching, he won't spoil the movie by telling you the ending! Chalie has been neutered and is very house brooken!
