Neutered last week, hot spots noted around neck where e-collar is
Crusting erythemic moist areas around neck. Mild dermatitis around both neuter incisions (inguinal cryptorchid)
Acute moist dermatitis

-clipped and cleansed affected areas with dilute chlorhexidine solution. Applied neopredef in clinic
-RX Cefpodoxime 100 mg - 1.5 tablets by mouth q 24 hours x 14 days
-ok to fill topical neopredef or ointment if still seeping to apply daily
