CC Shepherd & Border Collie Mix Bend, OR

? Adopt a black dog today! ?

CC was pulled from a shelter in Southern Oregon. She came in as a stray in October and into our rescue in January! That’s several months with no adopters. Black dogs and cats get less interest from potential homes. We decided to step in and help CC find a home.

I spent time with CC and her foster mom today. CC is lovely! She’s very sweet, has an adorable expression and is eager to live a full happy life. CC is not a large girl. Smaller than I expected her to be, guessing 30lbs
CC will need a home who is ready to continue her training. She has been crating, learning house manners, walks on a leash with puppy enthusiasm, happy to play with other dogs. Her foster home has a cat, CC will chase but with training this could probably be a thing of the past. She has been exposed to kids and does well but also has puppy behaviors so she will need a watchful adult close by.
CC is currently being fostered in Redmond Oregon
