Meet Carlo
Life is good! It's certainly a lot better now than my early life. My name is Carlo. At 2 1/2-years-old, I was rescued from a life as a campground dog. I experienced a couple of injuries along the way due to unfortunate incidents with vehicles. But I survived and regardless of the pains of my past, I'm a happy boy now. I take a daily medication but my past injury doesn't slow me down at all. I'm a typical goofy, high energy, sweet, playful 57-pound lab boy.
Did I mention I love the water and playing with other dogs? I'd love another playful dog in my forever home. Don't let my odd-looking foot fool ya, I play hard.
Daycare play is also great and daycare play with water is even better!
I might bark or whine a little in my kennel and pull on the leash a bit when excited, but I'm pretty darn good, and I'm perfectly house trained. I haven't been introduced to cats or children. I love everyone so I'm pretty sure I'll like kids, but they should be sturdy and dog-savvy (I don't want to accidently knock them down). I'll need a home with at least a 4-foot fenced yard and a family who has the time, patience, desire and dedication to provide me with the home I truly deserve.
If I sound like a great fit for your family, I'd love to meet you:

Due to my daily medication need, my adoption fee is $75 and includes my spay/neuter, vaccinations, wellness exam, heartworm test, and microchip!
