Meet Carl
Hey there! My name is Carl and I am a one-year-old Chihuahua mix. I was rescued by one of the nice deputies of Animal Control. She had gotten a call about a small dog roaming near a hospital. She was able to pick me up before I got into some "serious" trouble dealing with cars in parking lots and heavy traffic going to and from the interstate! Whew! What a relief to be in the safety of the shelter! I have all of my vaccinations, I am heartworm negative, I have a microchip, and I have been neutered. I have been very lucky so far! I was chosen to go to a foster home and live with my foster family for a while! My foster mom is just "crazy" about me! She can't say enough good things about me! I am well-mannered, I am loving, and I can "sit" and "lay down" on command. I go to the door to let my foster mom know when I need to go outside to take care of my "business!" I am fun loving and loaded with personality! Please call the shelter and ask about meeting me!
