Meet Calli (Calliope), a stunning Dutch Shepherd mix.

Calli is incredibly smart and an absolute sweetheart, she loves to be with her favorite people, whether hanging out on the couch together cuddling, or just supervising your chores around the house, she wants to be with you; she is an amazing companion.
Calli has built the sweetest bond with all the animals in her fosters home. She adores the kitty, they love to cuddle up together for a nap with their legs intertwined, or sharing the same lap using each other as a pillow, she is such a sweet soul. She also loves other dogs and is always up for a good play session. If the mood is mellow she can often be found laying next to them relaxing; she would benefit from another playful dog in the home of similar size and energy as well as a secure fenced yard.
Calli would do best in an active home with older children (please no children under 13 years old).
Calli is professionally trained by a master trainer who trains military and police dogs, so to help give Calli and her family have the best start, she will come with a free training orientation and 1-hour free class at Huffman K9 Obedience in Canby OR.
Calli is very eager to please and wants to know what's expected of her, she will thrive with training. She does already have good house manners and is crate trained.
Overall Calli is a loving, cuddly, very smart, playful pup who is ready and waiting for her furever home. She is sure to bring lots of laughs and love to her new family.

Calli's foster says, "She is a young, energetic girl who loves playing with our dogs. She LOVES her people. She likes to be with a person whenever someone is home - snuggling on the couch or bed, following to do laundry, even curling around my feet while I brush my teeth. She is a sweet soul who is wickedly smart. She will do well in a home with a playmate and would thrive in training. Honestly, I could see her excelling in an agility course."

Calli is microchipped, up to date on vaccinations and a spayed.
