Meet Cali! This 4.5-month-old pup is a golden-coated beauty with the kindest demeanor. Born as the tiniest in a litter of seven, Cali is a gentle, cautious soul who embodies sweetness in every way. She can be reticent in new situations but don't worryher shyness subsides when you give her just a minute to observe and make sure everythng is safe. In just three days, she blossomed in her foster home, and one thing that consistently brings her joy is the company of other dogs. Cali absolutely adores canine companions, so her forever home must have a confident, well-established dog.

In the house, Cali is calm and quiet. She naps peacefully while her foster mom works and has quickly mastered using a doggy door, enjoying the freedom to come and go as she pleases. Being the well-behaved girl that she is, Cali does not get into mischief and and you won't need to wonder what she is up to because she mostly likes nap contently on a comfy dog bed and make an occasional exursion to the yard. She's also a great car buddy, often tagging along with her foster dad on errands. Each day, Cali enjoys a walk with her foster dog siblings and enjoys the scents and smells. With her golden coat and gentle temperament, Cali might remind you of a golden retriever, but as a true "rez dog," she's a proud and unique mixperhaps shepherd and retriever. She's petite, weighing just 2225 pounds, making her the perfect size for snuggles.
