Hi! My name is Buxton and I'm looking for a loving home to call my own!

I am 4 yrs old and I've been at the shelter since November 5th.

I am a very sweet boy who loves meeting new people and getting attention! I have a fun and goofy personality that you will instantly fall in love with. I'm a pretty playful guy, especially with squeaky plush toys! I do a pretty good job on leash and am crate trained as well!

My ideal home would be patient while I adjust to new situations and people. I'm looking for a home with no cats or young kids, in my previous home I did not do well with them. I have done pretty well with other dogs, but I can be a little picky with my dog friends. If you are looking for a new best friend to lounge or explore with look no further!

Our adoption team is available via phone Tuesday-Saturday from 10:30am-6:00pm and Sunday 10:30am-4:00pm. Our adoption process is first come first serve.

BUXTON'S ADOPTION FEE: $300 plus tax. This fee is used for the extensive costs associated with vetting and otherwise caring for Buxton and future pets at our shelter. Every adopter from Animal Allies receives a pet that has been spayed or neutered, fully vaccinated, and microchipped. Our pets also receive dental work or other treatments when necessary. In addition, Animal Allies provides free lifetime post-adoption counseling to help with any behavioral issues or concerns you may have for your new pet!
