Meet Buttercup

Buttercup may be a bit shy at first, but behind that gentle, hesitant exterior is a heart ready to blossom. At four years old, he's a laid-back guy who would feel right at home in a calm, cozy environment where he can take things at his own pace. Though he's still learning to build confidence, he's happiest when he has a soft spot to curl up and feel safe. If you have the patience and love to help this reserved fellow find his stride, Buttercup could be the perfect companion to warm your heart and your home.


If you are interested in adopting, please visit the shelter during adoption hours. Be sure to let the front desk know the name of the dog you are interested in visiting. Once you have met with the dog and an application has been approved, we will then ask to complete a meet and greets with any dog(s) that are currently living in the home or visit frequently.
Our adoption hours are as follows:
Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 12pm-5:30pm
Thursday: 2:30pm-5pm
Saturday & Sunday: 12pm-4:30pm
