Meet Butterball

Hi! Bock bock, quack, quack, no, that’s not quite right is it. Gobble! That’s the vanacular of turkeys! My name is Butterball! I’m sweet and smart and very golden.

Looking at the rest of my siblings we appear to be made of a bunch of sugar and spice from Catahoula fluffy spots to smooth black and tans.

While I look to be mostly German Shepherd and Retriever, Lab or Golden or Flat Coat such as my black sister. Take your best guess on breed. Since we were orphans, no one knows.

I’m the first of my litter to get a name and bio! We were dumped at a house that had a family with two little girls. The little children were very sad to turn us over to Foster Mom Patricia because we are so cute and soft and it was sad to part with us.

Don’t fret and don’t cry. Foster Mom Patricia says we will get adopted and live wonderful happy indoor lives with families soon.

I love all the dogs here. I love kids! And I’m young enough to learn to respect cats! I’m pee-K level potty and crate training. I can’t wait to learn more!
