Meet Sundance
Sundance is a male, Great Pyrenees.
These are five things you should know about the breed:
1. They bark
2. They dig
3 They shed twice a year for 6 months
4. They drool
5. They roam
Those aren't things you can train out of them. They're born that way. They're a wonderful breed and make great pets. A fully fenced yard is a must. Many Pyrs we take in come from farms that don't have fencing. They roam away from their homes and the owners don't look for them. He's a sweet boy. Like most, he is a friendly and shy at the same time. Once he has been around you for a little while, he is as friendly as can be. He is goofy and very playful. He gets along with other dogs and likely is unphased by cats. He does great with kids. He is a large breed and will more than likely be at least 100lbs when full grown. He is a great watch dog. When someone or something comes near his surroundings, he barks to alert.
He has been neutered, UTD on age appropriate vaccinations, microchipped, dewormed and treated for flea/tick.
For return calls on Sundance, please submit an application. It is much more productive to speak with you when we have an idea about your living situation. Due to limited resources and time, we will not be answering questions or returning calls until we have an approved application. That is the first step in our adoption process.
His adoption fee is $300
