Buddy Standard Poodle Mix Phoenix, AZ

Buddy is a two year old standard poodle. He came to AZ from an out of state breeder to his original owner, shipped in a crate and could not settle into his new home. His owner did not feel she was the right home for him and asked AZ Poodle Rescue to find him a home. He is a kind, happy dog who is playful and enjoys walks. He is doggy door trained. like a Buddy needs a "female only" home or a home where the man of the house is home most of the time as he has trouble relating well to men. Buddy is good with kids and other dogs and loves to play ball. He will need someone who is willing to spend time working with him until you can gain his trust.


There is an application and home visit required prior to adoption.

Buddy is being fostered in Phoenix and his adoption fee is $400.

Arizona Poodle Rescue is an all volunteer organization. Our volunteers have other full time employment and families and dogs of their own. Please be patient in awaiting our response. Our dogs are currently being fostered in private homes generally located in the Phoenix and Tucson area. Please be prepared to travel to meet your new family member.
