Bud is a calm and peaceful dog who gifts those around him with gentle and kind companionship. He tends to be reserved around new people and may take time to warm up and let his full personality shine. When he feels safe, his joy shines out through his bright eyes and wide smile.

Bud would do well in an adult-only home where he is appreciated for exactly who he is - a loving, relaxing companion. He has lived with many other dogs at his foster home without any issue, but tends to prefer to do his own thing in their vicinity rather than play closely with them. Bud has formed a bond with another adoptable pup Sweetie, who is also looking for an adult home where she can feel safe and be loved. If we were able to place them together, that would be amazing
