Meet Brutus! Brutus came to CCHS when he was found as a stray in the City of Neillsville. His family did not come to reclaim him, so now he's looking for a new home! Brutus is a Mixed Breed, and we really can't say for sure what he's a mix of. He's a good-looking fellow with a short-haired coat that is brown, tan and cream. He has a cute pink spot on his nose, too. Brutus is about 4 months old and weighs 32.4#. Brutus is an active boy with lots of energy to burn. He's still a puppy at heart, so he's ready to find an active family who can keep him busy. He will enjoy lots of exercise and playtime with new friends. The adoption fee is $300. Adoption applications can be filled out at CCHS or online through our website, www.cchs-petshelter.org. Applications are not first come, first served. All applications will be reviewed by the adoption committee and the home chosen will be the one considered to be the best match. All dogs and puppies have been vaccinated for Distemper and Bordetella, dewormed and microchipped. If old enough, they will be vaccinated for Rabies and blood tested for Heartworm, Lymes, Anaplasmosis and Ehrlichiosis. Dogs and puppies will be spayed or neutered before adoption.
