Bruno Cocker Spaniel Plano, TX

Bruno is a small, 4-year-old, red buff male Cocker Spaniel. He’s friendly, VERY energetic, loves toys and playing in the water. He does well with other dogs and kids, though his energy level is better suited for older children (7+). He loves playing fetch and going for walks. He has so much energy but also loves his down time.

Bruno is kennel trained and house trained, and he likes his person to accompany him when he’s going outside to potty. He has a bit of a sensitive stomach, so he is being fed three small meals per day.

Bruno had a bad experience with a groomer when he was younger and he has anxiety when it comes to grooming (especially the dryer). He may need to be sedated for grooming. He will need a patient adopter who will help him unlearn bad habits and train him to be his best self. He's sweet as can be, but can be hyper-active. He may have some separation anxiety, so he would do best with someone who works from home.
