Bruce Mixed Breed Eugene, OR

Hi, I'm Bruce! I'm about 2 years old and weigh 98 pounds. I am a sweet big guy looking for my furever home that will spend time with me, take me for walks and help me learn the world is a good place. If you've been looking for a weighted blanket, I'm your guy. I think I'm a lap dog and I LOVE to snuggle. It's my favorite thing in the whole world. I recently had eye surgery and have a medical release about that at the shelter, along with information about treatment of a hot spot on my skin.

Do you like dogs? I have been very nervous around other dogs. I might be okay with a calm dog and will need to meet any canine family members before adoption.

Cats? I'm not sure how I feel about cats, a slow supervised introduction would be needed.

Kids? I am a bit nervous with new people and would do best in a home with older kiddos 12+.

Anything else you'd like us to know, Bruce? I may be nervous at first and when I warm up I just want to cuddle! I am a sweet big guy! I came into the shelter with another dog like me and we had been wandering as strays for a while. I will need a calm, quiet home to help me adjust to my new life!

ADOPTION INFORMATION: If you live in the city of Eugene or in Lane County you will be purchasing a dog license in addition to the adoption fee. You will get to choose between a one year, two year, or three year license.
