Blizzard Poodle & Schnoodle Mix San Antonio, TX

Blizzard is a sweet and tenderhearted little dog who is about 6 years old and weighs 12 pounds. He was in terrible shape when we rescued him from a shelter, but he is healing and his hair that was shaved off, is slowly coming back. He will be a beautiful fluffy snowball once it all comes in.

Once he knows you will be kind to him, he will give lots of kisses. He just wants attention and affection. He is happy and playful and gets along well with other dogs. He has a very sweet temperament and is ready be your very best friend!

Coming from the environment he was in previously, it is apparent that he wasn’t taken care of. He is now looking for his perfect forever home.

He gets along well with the other dogs here at the shelter. He is a wonderful dog who just wants a family to call his own!

Blizzard tested positive for Chagas disease and has started treatment. This is completely curable after treatment and dogs can go on to live long and happy lives. Our rescue is one of the first to do Chagas testing for all of the dogs in our care and is having measurable success in the treatment protocol. Blizzard is in our shelter in Hondo, Texas. A meet and greet can be arranged with an approved application. He is neutered, up to date on all shots, microchipped and his adoption fee is $325.
