Blake Great Dane & Mastiff Mix Scituate, MA

Blake is a perfect, super sweet and overall amazing gal weighing in at 120 lbs. She recently came to us and will need to gain a bit more weight, but overall a healthy lady! Blake is about 5-years-old.

Blake has a big bark but it is truly just a bark, she is one of the friendliest ladies we know! She lived with four other large dogs and has shown to be friendly with all. Given her XL size, she will likely be too big for smaller dogs and small kids.

This big ol pup is not spayed and will be spayed and have Gastropexy surgery. Because we will be doing both, her adoption fee is $800.

Despite her giant size, Blake is gentle. She is super strong when she wants but walks well on a leash.

We never know how quickly a pet will be adopted. Therefore, if you are interested in a pet but want to see them during our shelter open hours prior to filling out an application, we strongly recommend that you email us at adopt@scituateanimalshelter.org before visiting the shelter to ensure they are still there.

Open hours are Wednesdays 1:30-6pm, Saturdays, and Sundays 10am-2pm for you to come view our adoptable pets. You can apply for animal at the shelter during our open hours or online by emailing adopt@scituateanimalshelter.org and asking for an application. Adoption fees allow our non-profit to continue to help pets in need.

Meet and greets with animals are scheduled after applications have been processed and we’ve determined you are the best fit. We do not operate on a first come, first served basis.
