This handsome guy is the perfect recipe for love and laugher. He's sure to bake up smiles everywhere he goes!

Meet Biscuit Muffin - a 1 year old, German Pincher / Dachshund mix, who weighs 18 pounds (as of 12/9/24). This little guy was found as a stray and he's looking for a forever family to call his own. If you're looking for a sweet treat - look no further than Biscuit Muffin!

His foster shares: "Biscuit Muffin is a small guy, only about 20 pounds! He has the sweetest personality and is very bashful and calm. His personality is opening up more and more each day, and he's so sweet. Because of his petite size, he's the perfect lap dog! He loves to give kisses to people he is familiar with and will cuddle in your lap all day long if you let him. He is currently living with cats and doing very well with him. Because he can be a bit timid initially, we'd recommend proper introductions to any children so Biscuit Muffin isn't overwhelmed! This guy is the definition of a love muffin once he feels comfortable and knows he can trust you. He will make a wonderful companion or family member!"

All dogs are up to date on vaccinations and spayed/neutered at the time of adoption. All dogs require professional training to become the best family member they can be.

To adopt or learn more about Biscuit Muffin, you must fill out an adoption application. To find the application, copy and paste this URL into your browser: WWW.GDRNE.COM/ADOPTION-APPLICATION [Adoption Fee: $495] **

PLEASE READ: If a dog is listed, then s/he is currently available for adoption. Their information is correct to the best of our abilities and the information we have been given as of the day of posting. From time to time we receive new information/photos of a dog and we do recreate their listing, which means their old listing link will no longer be valid. If you are considering a dog but don't apply right away please make sure to search for the dog by name if the link you have no longer works.

Please note, GDRNE does not guarantee the breed of any dog or puppy unless stated that we have run DNA. All breeds listed are educated estimates. Note that if the dog is listed as an "Out of town pet" there are NOT additional transport fees - it is included in our adoption fee Our dogs are rescued from various situations. It is most likely that both their parents were strays and even if not, mixes of some sort and that their grandparents were mixes as well. The dog may have some genetic material of an American Staffordshire Terrier (pit bull). The dogs are usually mixes of many breeds, making them a breed all their own - a True and adorable American MUTT. If you are interested in this dog, you must submit an application. Great Dog is not a shelter so there is no building you can visit. Our dogs live in private foster homes until adopted. To learn more about our *shelterless* rescue, adoption fees, and procedures, review the list of Frequently Asked Questions on our website at WWW.GDRNE.COM.
