MY AGE: approx. 2-3 yrs WEIGHT: approx. 13 lbs. WHERE I AM FROM: AL (arrival 9/16)
MY STORY: 10/25 Bindi has been with me a few weeks and she is a delight! She loves me (mom) best, but also loves my husband and the resident dog, Bowser. Bindi wakes up happy every morning. I take her outside first thing, and she potties quickly, knowing breakfast is served. She likes to be held and cuddled, and enjoys alone time on the couch. Bindi is a medium energy level dog and doesn't require long walks, although she is capable of a 3 mile walk if you desire. She's a bit shy, but very friendly. She is non-destructive, but may pick up a stray sock if she finds one. Bindi plays with squeaky toys. Bindi and Bowser occasionally play a chase game around the living and dining room that I find amusing. She eats well and sleeps quietly in her person's bed. When I leave the house for a few hours, Bindi is crated. I've tried restricting her space with a baby gate, but she jumps, or climbs over it. She travels well in a crate. She's a great little dog.

This dog does shed and is not hypoallergenic.

Our dogs are located in foster homes throughout the state. We do not have a facility. Adopters must be 24 years old.We can not adopt to families with children under the age of six. We also adopt in WI, IL, and parts of MN. Most of our dogs are strays, so the breed is our best guess.
