Meet Biggie Smalls
Biggie Smalls is a total lap dog. If chaotic energy was a dog it would be Biggie Smalls. Biggie Smalls came from the Terrebonne Parish shelter after he had been hit by a car. He still walks with a limp, doesn’t like getting picked up by his back end, and is getting a pain pill daily (we’ll send him home with at least a months worth of meds) but so far he's running around like a hyped up toddler with pixy stixs.
Biggie is around six years old, 7 pounds, heartworm negative, house trained (but will mark at first hence the diaper picture), is used to a kennel, and walks okay on the leash. He’s been in a foster home with dogs of all sizes, cats of all ages, and has gotten along with everyone. We don’t recommend a home with small children due to his small dog syndrome.
Biggie Smalls’ adoption fee is $400.
If interested in adopting, please fill out an application at the link below and we will be in touch with you shortly.
https://form.jotform.com/katvet2/adoption
$400 donation helps cover spay/neuter, microchip with free registration, vaccines (initial set based on age, may need more boosters with your vet), intestinal parasite screening and deworming, heartworm test (if over 6 months, positive dogs will be started on treatment), and current on flea/heartworm prevention.
We do require that all of your current dogs and cats are spayed/neutered.
We do not have a shelter, and are a foster-home based organization. Other than meeting our babies at events, we do require that you have an approved adoption application to schedule a meet and greet.
Please note: as with most rescue puppies, we have no way to guarantee this puppy’s breed or size potential.
