Looking for the best? Look no further than Bessie! Housetrained and good on the leash, here are just a few other things that she’s the best at:

• Snuggling. She may be a little hefty, but this girl WILL squeeze onto any size chair with you. You might as well start making room now!
• Being cool as a cucumber. Bessie arrived on a transport with a dozen other dogs and met so many people on her first day with RDR. Even after the trauma of being abandoned and coming to a new place, she was an absolute angel to everyone.
• Being warm and fuzzy, just like our hearts every time we look at her sweet face. Seriously, Bessie will be happy to keep you cozy and toasty during the cold winter ahead. Did we mention she loves snuggling?

Bessie is heartworm positive, which makes chilling out and cuddling even more important as she goes through treatment! We’re so happy she came to us so that we can get her healthy and ready for a long happy life with her forever family. The best is yet to come for Bessie!
