Benny Retriever Mix Argyle, NY

Benny is a 7.5 month old neutered male Retriever mix who loves to learn and please his people. He can sit on command and is learning proper leash skills. This sweet pup gets very excited when he knows he will be going for a walk. One of Benny’s favorite activities is to play fetch with his human friend. He is a fast learner, especially if you have treats! Benny is very food and toy motivated. He will benefit from continued training so he can become an A+ student! Benny is people friendly and playful. He loves plush toys! When Benny has an opportunity to play with them, he wiggles and prances around with pride. His tail wags so hard it slaps his sides. Want to Adopt? 1) Fill out an application on theluckypuppy.org The adoption fees for puppies up to 12 months are a minimum donation of $600, (dogs too young to be fixed will have an extra $200 deposit, refundable pending your spay/neuter agreement), 1 year and up are a minimum donation of $500, 7+ years or special needs are a minimum $400 donation 2) Once your application is in, our adoption coordinator will contact you and complete a vet check and home visit (possibly electronic). 3) Once approved, please schedule a meet and greet to see the dogs. Meet and greets are by appointment only for approved adopters.

Benny is available in NY through the Go North Program of The Lucky Puppy Rescue, rescue based in Bonifay and Panama City, FL and adoption center in Argyle NY (NY Lic #1054). This dog is currently in NY. The minimum donation $600 adoption fee includes transportation from FL to NY, spay/neuter surgery or spay/neuter agreement (if too young), up to date with: age appropriate vaccinations, de-worming, flea and tick prevention, heartworm prevention (if old enough) and martingale safety collar.
