Introducing Bella, the resilient Rat Terrier!

Bella, a 5-year-old spayed sweetheart, was rescued in January 2023. She had endured two weeks in a kennel without access to the outdoors or basic necessities. But thanks to her foster, she's made incredible progress in the past 11 months.

Despite her traumatic past, Bella has regained her healthy weight and is bursting with energy! She gets along with other dogs, but she can be protective and territorial. Being a true Rat Terrier, her hunting instincts are strong, though toads and even a 4-foot rat snake have managed to outsmart her.

Bella is a fantastic walking/running companion who loves to explore. She's a quick learner, knows how to sit, stay (though sometimes her energy gets the best of her), and even gives high fives!

If you're in need of a sous-chef, Bella is your girl! She adores being in the kitchen, taste-testing, and keeping your floors spotless. Her appetite knows no bounds, and she'll happily munch on anything, even ice! ??

Bella is mostly house trained, with occasional accidents, and she adores car rides, lounging in the backseat while enjoying the journey.

This resilient pup will spend hours trying to catch water from a hose and will retrieve a thrown ball, albeit with a little help returning it. With some work, she'll master the art of fetching!
