Hi! My name is Beanz! I am about 2 years old and weigh about 65 pounds. I found my way into Animal Control after being on the run for a few days. When I came into AC I was very scared and unsure of what was going on-so the officers let me stay in the office. Luckily, I had such good behavior, I got to be the official office pup where I gathered quite a fan base. I can sit, shake, lay down and speak if you ask me. There really isnt anything I won't learn for treats.. I am also potty and kennel trained. I love to go for walks and lay outside-soaking up the sun. I love to play with toys and treats but also enjoy just relaxing on the couch with someone. I enjoy playing with other dogs but after getting swatted by one of the AC cats, I stay farther than paw length away to avoid another swat. Being a stray, I did pick up a bad habit of getting in the trash to feed myself. If trash is left out, I do still search for things I may need later but I am getting better with this now that I am in a rescue that has foster homes. My foster home is awesome. I was a little shy at first in a new place with new people but it didn't take me long to see just how fun this place is. They let me lay on the couch when I am not out in the yard playing with my foster brother in the yard. They feed me lots of yummy food but I like the kibble more than the soft stuff they put on top. I am so thankful to them that I give them a gentle hug every time I go out in the yard or come back in. I always want them to know how grateful I am that they gave me a chance and a place to enjoy until I find a forever family of my own will love me as much as they do.
