Meet Beanie
Beanie has been a work in progress, but now he is ready to go to his forever family. He is close to 18 months of age and came to the rescue last year. He was afraid of people and slowly he has learned to trust them. The next step was getting him to walk with a harness and he loves it. Beanie is a happy, playful boy who lacks some confidence but once he feels comfortable his silly personality really comes out. He gets along great with all the other dogs at the rescue.
Beanie likes people now and would be a great family dog. He isn't house trained yet, but we think it is possible. He is neutered, vaccinated and up to date on flea and tick prevention.
Beanie needs a family that will take him for walks or play with him in a fenced yard. He is a great dog that has a beautiful smile, long tongue and big brown eyes to boot. If interested in Beanie, please fill out an application at 12hillsdogrescue.org.
