Meet Barkley

This is Barkley. He's between 4 and 5 years old. He's quite the character. He loves to give hugs. He has no interest in being outside, and goes out to do his business, and wants to come right back inside. He came to us incredibly underweight, and is weighing in today(4/5/24) at 89 pounds. He still needs to put on a few more pounds and he's very food motivated. He has been around other dogs, and seems to dog selective. We do require meet and greets if you currently have a dog at home. He does like to be center of attention, so we can't guarantee he'll be happy with another dog friend. He is neutered, up to date on shots, and heartworm tested negative. He has a reaction to cats that he sees, so we're going to say no to cats. He's a very people friendly dog, and is very social. He does great in the car, and loves car rides.
