Meet Barkita

My name is Barkita (aka Greta) and as you can see from my photos, I'm a tiny girl. I'm a bit shy meeting new people and going new places but I love following my foster fur brother around and playing chase in the yard. I'm not a fan of the leash but I've heard we'll be working on that after I recover from my spay surgery, so I can join the family on walks. I don't bark much, which my foster family loves, and I really enjoy snuggling up on the couch. I am house trained and go to the door when I need to go out. I like to go to my kennel when I'm nervous and I sleep there at night and keep my space clean. If you're looking for someone to binge watch your favorite shows with, I'm your girl. Adoption fee includes spay/neuter, all age-appropriate vaccinations (distemper, rabies, and bordetella), heartworm and flea/tick preventatives, heartworm test (dogs), FIV/FeLV test (cats), dewormed, and microchip implant (including registration).

Rescue Network is strictly foster based which means all adoptable animals are in a home and there cannot be a meet until an application is submitted and approved. We have no way of knowing the breeds in the animals. All breeds listed are best guess.
