A bagel everyone will love!

This here Bagel is an 8-year-old Corgi/Beagle mix with an excellent personality and love for all!

Bagel is a chunky fella working on shedding some pounds to help keep him healthy in his later adult years. Besides his weight, Bagel is in good shape! He is a bit stubborn and reluctant to work on his work out routine, but needs walks to help balance his diet.

A bit bossy with other dogs, Bagel is overall friendly. We have not seen him with cats but he is a Beagle and may enjoy some games of chase with a feline friend.

This mellow guy loves to be with his humans and will whine when they are out of site. He just loves love!

Bagel is a favorite amongst staff and volunteers, understandably so!

We never know how quickly a pet will be adopted. Therefore, if you are interested in a pet but want to see them during our shelter open hours prior to filling out an application, we strongly recommend that you email us at adopt@scituateanimalshelter.org before visiting the shelter to ensure they are still there.

Open hours are Wednesdays 1:30-6pm and Saturdays 10am-2pm for you to come view our adoptable pets. You can apply for animal at the shelter during our open hours or online by emailing adopt@scituateanimalshelter.org and asking for an application. Adoption fees allow our non-profit to continue to help pets in need.

Meet and greets with animals are scheduled after applications have been processed and we’ve determined you are the best fit. We do not operate on a first come, first served basis.
