Autumn and Rosie Goldendoodle Mix Ashland, VA

Hi, we're Autumn and Rosie - a pair of bonded 2 year old sisters. The people who surrendered us said we are Goldendoodles, but everyone who sees us says we look more like Irish Setters. We will only be adopted to a home in the Richmond Virginia metro area or counties adjacent to Hanover.

We're looking for a knowledgeable, patient owner with a calm quiet household who will take the time to work with us and show us what its like to be loved. Older children are fine, but we'll be terrified of toddlers and small boisterous kids.
We were rescued from a hoarding situation, and while we weren't physically abused, the lack of socialization has made us timid and unsure of anything we aren't familiar with. Autumn is starting to walk on leash and is the more social of the two of us. Rosie will pretty much follow Autumn's lead, but shuts down if on her own. After we warm up to you we'll come to you and give you nose boops and let you give us head scratches. Autumn is starting to play with toys, hopefully Rosie will follow her lead on that.
We're sweet and calm when we're inside, and we like to run and play with each other outside. We don't make any mess in our runs, so while we can't guarantee that we're house trained, it's likely we are. We are sweet gentle souls who just need someone to take some time with us and show us what it's like to have a loving safe home.
