Meet Atlas
Atlas is at our Bucktown Adoption Center (2144 N. Wood St.) You can visit our Adoption Center at any time during open hours, no appointment needed.
Atlas is:
Neutered: Yes!
Up to date on vaccines: Atlas is still receiving the core puppy vaccine series and will need one additional vaccine after adoption to reach full immunization
Microchipped: Yes! Our microchips will automatically register when an adoption is finalized

Housebroken: Working on it! He has been doing well when on a consistent routine with frequent potty breaks.
Crate trained: Working on it! He has been left at home for up to 3 hours so far, and has done well after taking a short time to settle and with the company of the resident dog
Leash walking: Working on it! He can tend to pull out of excitement and will need to keep working on this with positive reinforcement
Dog social: Yes! He lives with a resident dog in his foster home and has been doing well
Cat social: Unknown
Kid friendly: Atlas has been friendly in brief interactions with kids, but is starting to show some puppy teething/mouthing behavior so may be a better match for older kids.
Atlas likes:
- Making new friends
- Snuggling in his person's lap
- Playing with his toys or a dog pal
Atlas is THE sweetest boy who is also super handsome. He will come to your lap at the most random time and just lays his head on you. He is also SO brave and really just minds his own business and desires. He is just 3 months old but already learning so much! Atlas will do best with an adopter who is ready for all the stages that puppyhood and being an adolescent brings.
OTAT requires that all dogs 6 months and under be enrolled in a positive reinforcement training program within 2 weeks of their adoption at their adopter's expense.
Atlas's adoption fee is $350, and this sweet boy is ready to grow up in his forever home!
