Astro Great Dane & Black Labrador Retriever Mix Byron, IL

My name is Astro! I am 80lbs (and growing) and my birthday is 2/3/24…..basically I’m a giant puppy! I am able to get so big because I am a Great Dane mix, everyone’s best guess is that I may be mixed with black lab due to my coat and intelligence.
I currently live in a foster home with three cats and two other Great Danes. Some of the cats like spending time with me, but the fluffy one hisses and swats at me because he doesn’t like new dogs. It doesn’t matter to me though! I do great with all my cat siblings and give them their space when they need it.
I play well with my Great Dane sister, she loves to wrestle and is submissive! I am too high energy for my older and dominant Great Dane brother though.
My foster mom says I’m so smart and so loving! When it’s my turn to sleep in bed, I like to be up on the pillow and cuddle you to sleep. I love any attention from people in general and have enough kisses to give a whole family! Because of this, I am also quick to learn new commands and house rules. Learning new commands has been a great way to channel all of my puppy energy and I’m good at it too!
