Meet Aspen, the majestic mountain explorer from the Ski Mountain litter! This charming 8-week-old boy, named after a ski mountain, has a heartwarming tale. Rescued from a local gentleman who saved their tall, blonde lab/catahoula mix mom from a neglectful situation. Soon after he took her in- surprise- he found out she was pregnant. He did a good job at raising the puppies and keeping them safe but became overwhelmed and unable to care for them any longer and reached out to us for help. The puppies made their way to us, got all the veterinary care and TLC they needed and we are happy to report we are spaying their mom to prevent further surprises.
Aspen and his siblings are now ready to embark on new adventures with loving families. Aspen, has the most unique markings and is the biggest of the group and with his suspected Lab/Catahoula mix heritage, is a charmer. He quickly warms up to laps, kisses, and other dogs, making him a delightful addition to any home. While they were not exposed to much except the apartment where they lived before coming to us, they warm up very fast and have a great love for laps. He is in a foster home with other dogs and getting lots of love from people. Currently perfecting his potty and leash manners, Aspen is eager to bring majesty and joy to your family. If you're seeking a majestic mountain explorer, Aspen is the perfect pup for you!
All of our puppies are crate-trained and learning basic puppy manners!
When he is available, he will be 9 weeks old
*Up to date on vaccines
*Dewormed
*Microchipped
*Flea Treated
*Examined by our Connecticut veterinarian after arrival to ensure his health
You will also receive his medical records, a copy of the adoption contract, and our emailed post-adoption packet, including training tips, nutrition information, socialization tips, pet insurance information, toys we recommend, etc.
We will have information on the food he has been eating. The supportive store where we hold our meetings carries the food, so you can purchase a bag if you wish!
The benefit of our organization is that you get to meet the puppy before you commit to adopting! We want perfect matches and happy families!
