Meet Asher
Asher is a 10 mo old terrier mix weighing about 10 lbs available for adoption with Pawsitive Tails Dog Rescue. Young, tiny Asher was scared at the shelter, backing into the corner of his cage whenever staff tried to evaluate him so he was deemed behavioral and listed for euthanasia. Upon arrival at the Jones Foster Home it was apparent that Asher was simply a scared puppy and he has thrived every day. Asher is playful and friendly. He "play bites", so maybe no young kids for him. Asher is fairly good about house-training and typically keeps his belly band clean (he keeps his crate clean). He has a janky front right leg; after an exam and xrays, our vet believes it is a very old break that was never treated. Asher uses the leg to run and play and jump with no signs of pain or discomfort. He's cute, young, playful, and looking for his forever family. Interested? Submit an app www.pawsitivetailskc.org
