Friendly and affectionate and brimming with energy, Arthur loves to be with people and would enjoy an active and playful lifestyle. He needs to learn not to jump up when excited or meeting people. He appears neutral/curious toward other dogs with mild curiosity toward cats. Arthur can be a little mouthy when he is excited, we recommend a home with dog savvy children.
