Meet ARLINGTON (Neutered!)
ARLINGTON is one of several adult Labradors to arrive at the shelter recently. He is a beautiful, shiny black color with a wonderful smile that will light up your eyes! He is estimated at 5 to 6 years of age and weighed 45 pounds at Intake. He is happy and playful and very sweet. Thanks to a partnership between UT and Cumberland County Animal Shelter, ARLINGTON was neutered on Monday, October 21, 2024. As a result, he can go home the same day that he is adopted! Serious adopters are encouraged to CALL the shelter to schedule an adoption appointment. Staff can explain the adoption procedures and fees when you call. The shelter does require EXACT change in the form of cash or a check. The shelter is UNABLE to accept credit or debit. So, please go prepared! That includes taking a dog collar and a leash with you to the adoption appointment in case you do decide to adopt him. Even better, take a dog crate in your vehicle. No animal should be allowed to run freely in any vehicle. Especially an animal that you have just adopted! Safety first!
