Meet Angel
Meet Angel!
Angel is a fun loving 8 year old guy who unfortunately lost the use of his back legs in 2021. He doesn’t let that stop him! He actually learned to pull himself back up and he gets around well with a mixture of wobbly steps and scooting. He has wheels, but he doesn’t think he needs them. Angel does not have control of his bladder, but with bladder expression 4 times a day (which is very simple and we can show you how) he stays dry, even overnight and does not need diapers. Angel’s care is really not more difficult than any other dog. With his wonderful personality, it’s definitely worthwhile!
He is such a happy boy who loves stuffed toys and to cuddle with his person. Angel does well with other dogs and probably wouldn’t be opposed to a feline friend. He would love someone who is home more often than not and is willing to gate off any stairs. We hope someone will look past his disability and see him for the pure joy he brings!
He is neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, and heartworm negative .
