Amigo is a male 3 year old black lab mix. He is a smaller labbie at just around 42 lbs, maybe a lab/border collie. Amigo has the most soulful eyes, he loves being loved on and leans right on you for affection and petting. He loves belly rubs and giving kisses and is so sweet. Amigo is a little timid at first and would do best in a quieter home but he the best boy. He bonds quickly, loves to play fetch and is a fun companion but not high energy. He knows basic commands and is so precious. Amigo enjoys other dogs as long as they are not super crazy in his face and loves attention.
Most of our dogs are not available to an out of the area adoption because of difficulty to follow up. If you do not live within a 2 hr drive of Orange County, please email us before applying to see if the dog you are interested is may be a candidate for long distance adoption. We only make consider long distance adoptions for dogs who have been in our rescue for 6 plus months with no local candidates.

This pet is altered, vaccinated, microchipped, and has had a brief temperament evaluation to help us determine what type of a home he/she would thrive in. Please note that we put lots of time and effort to make sure our pets are ready to be someone's perfect pet before they go home.... and to make sure that we will have the best possible match for this pet we do require an : application, interview, adoption fee and in some case a home check.
