Meet Ally. It’s easy to give Ally compliments. Her markings are outstanding and her fur is beyond soft; her ears are like velvet. But Ally is so much more than her looks. She is the sweetest dog, an absolute pleasure to be around. She gets along with everyone, and she is good with small children, adults, and other pets. She doesn’t jump on people when greeting them – she’ll get excited to say hello, then settle down quickly.

At 9 years old, Ally is not overly playful. Bones, treats, and blankets are more her speed. But she does love to walk, and she is currently on a four-mile routine. She is a really great walker and does not pull or jump. She isn’t bothered by other people or dogs because she is focused on her mission to sniff and walk. She will greet dogs and humans calmly and with interest if approached.

If you couldn’t already tell, Ally is the definition of a “good girl.” There are a number of voice commands in her repertoire (come, sit, lay down, give paws, no barking, go do your business), and she is very obedient to these. She returns when called by name. In addition to being an excellent walker, Ally is good in the car, even on a long trip. But her favorite destination is wherever her people are.
Ally would love to live with someone who works from home; she can keep you company all day! It would be great for her to have another dog companion, too. Treat yourself to life with Ally, and she’ll provide you with infinite (velvety soft!) snuggles and sweetness.
