Introducing Ali! Foster moms best guess is she is Chihuahua, Rat Terrier and some Dachshund (there may be some acrobat or Olympic athlete mixed in too!)

This is the most athletic little dog her foster mom has ever seen. She’s also an expert snuggler, loves to give kisses and can also play endlessly with anything that squeaks. She LOVES to play fetch and will bring back the toy, drop it and is then ready to fetch it again. A ball that squeaks is her favorite! She’ll put any Labrador to shame with her fetch skills. Ali is a little timid at first but once she’s comfortable with you she attaches quickly. She loves to follow her foster mom around wherever she goes. This girl loves to be outside! She is either chewing on her bone, chewing on sticks, fetching her toy or exploring in foster moms garden. She also loves to chase birds across the yard, or bugs, or really anything that moves. Ali can live with or without another dog. She would have a lot of fun with another little dog that likes to play. Her foster sister is a cocker puppy and they have gotten to be best play friends. She is crate trained although she doesn't need to be crated. She is a good walker and loves to take long walks with foster mom and her foster brother Archie, although he walks much slower than she likes to. Ali would love a home with someone that is around at least part of the day and a fenced yard would be an extra bonus. How else will she get to play enough fetch?? Little kids are probably a no go for this pup. They seem to make her a bit nervous. She is guessed to be about 2 years old, she’s 10.5 pounds, has been spayed and is UTD on all vaccines. ADOPTION FEE: $375.00 The adoption fee includes all age appropriate vaccinations including rabies, HW test if age appropriate, de-worming, microchip, fecal, spay or neuter, Heartworm and flea and tick preventative. ADOPTION PROCESS: PLEASE READ CAREFULLY The first step in the adoption process is to fill out an application online at www.placingpawsrescue.org. Once we review the applications, those applicants that are thought to be a good match will be contacted as quickly as possible. We ask that you please be patient with us as we are all volunteers. Then a telephone interview will take place, references checked and a home visit will be conducted. We will then arrange for you to meet the dog. We require that all family members, including current dogs meet the dog prior to adoption. We put all of the known information in the animals description. If the animal is listed on the website, we are still accepting applications for that animal. We only remove the animal when the final adoption paperwork is signed.
